Negative: Lots of little broken things. Broken bedroom door, loose toilet paper holder so toilet paper wouldn't stay on, several lights didn't work or were burned out, kitchen utensils were broken, only one TV remote for two TVs on different floors, and there was not a single butter knife in the kitchen and only two real coffee mugs. There was a bat in the laundry room that almost flew into my hair and scared me half to death, so we didn't feel safe using the washer and dryer. You couldn't unlock the upstairs entry where you parked, so you had to carry everything down and then upstairs, which was really frustrating. For how expensive the house was, I expected better.
