North facing bifold doors with 5 metre span opening up on to North deck creating indoor/outdoor living. Polished boards, open fire place, reverse cycle heating /cooling upstairs and downstairs.Excellent ocean and bush views.
Furnished as follows; 1 X 3 seat lounge, 1 x 2seat lounge, 1 x 1 seat lounge chair - can seat total of 8, 10 to 12 seat internal dining setting, 10 seat outdoor table and chair setting, gas barbecue on undercover deck area with spare gas bottle, 48”Smart TV with Netflix capability, dvd player, sound system. Kitchen stone bench tops with induction cooktop, electric fan forced oven, dishwasher, 2 door fridge.

Ocean and valley views. Polished concrete floors. Reverse cycle heating/cooling. Furnished as follows; Corner 5 seat sofa, 8ft x 4ft Billiard table, small 4 seat dining setting; 32" Flat Screen TV/DVD.
Fully landscaped garden, car parking at the bottom of the stairs (not under cover). Short walk to main street, exceptionally private bush setting with great ocean views.
