50 metres away from walks along the east allen river where you can watch salmon leap in the autumn Five minutes drive from Allendale village and fifteen minutes from the market town of Hexham. The Roman Wall and the Lead mining Industrial areas are close by. If you enjoy walking, cycling, horse riding, fishing, visiting gardens, museums, historic houses or just relaxing in the garden or wildflower field, you will find it all in this beautiful area.
this really is a cottage for all seasons, fully equipped for all weathers Ideal for singles, couples or a family. Whether relaxing in our glorious summer house overlooking the garden in the summer, to cuddling up on our reclining sofa in front of the wood burning stove in the cooler months, you will find all you need to make this a very special holiday.
