In the event a substitute tenant is found, monies paid will be refunded and your rental obligations will be canceled. You herein acknowledge that you will only be entitled to a refund if you give written notice and the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. For your protection, we recommend the purchase of travel insurance. In the event the property does not rent for the same terms, all Guest payments for the entire agreement amount are due and forfeited to the owner.

we've been staying in ptown for 25 years, on and off the water, and this special spot is our favorite of all gorgeous, ever-changing water views; lovely landscaping; charming deck perfect for morning yoga or sunset cocktails with a few friends; rustic interior that respects the historic cape feel but with all the conveniences; cozy bedrooms; easy parking for two cars; and room for a couple of guests in a perfectly equipped studio on the property! and eugene o'neill slept there!
