Beautiful, classic Queen Anne home in a fantastic location! We are centrally located on the top of Queen Anne Hill, near the Seattle Center, Space Needle, Climate Pledge Arena, Lake Union, and downtown Seattle.
our home sleeps 8 people with 4 bedrooms, 3 baths and a large newly constructed deck with a beautiful forest view. The house is located on a quiet street, only blocks from Queen Anne Avenue, a vibrant hub with lots of shops and wonderful restaurants.

the main floor offers a living room with a cozy remote-controlled gas fireplace, a formal dining room, and a fully stocked gourmet kitchen with a gas range and most anything you will need to prepare inspired meals Downstairs is a fully renovated daylight basement with a TV, a sectional couch, a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, a bedroom, and a full bathroom. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms and two full baths. Every bedroom has a queen or full-size bed, a dresser, closets with hangers, and lots of natural light.

in the back of the house, off the kitchen, there is a newly constructed large deck with a gas grill and outdoor furniture, perfect for an outdoor gathering
