The bedroom suite has a new king-size bed, air conditioning, black-out blinds and balcony access to the bedroom. The new refrigerator has ice and water on the door and a large freezer. The suite has a second newly installed air conditioner in the living room and kitchen island seating with bar stools. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to cook and entertain. It will allow you to prepare your own meals and dine inside or on the terrace. The terrace has seating and a table with four chairs. Newly installed awning on the deck to provide shade if needed. We supply all your linens, including beach towels. The pool and parking are communal and shared with other guests in Triple Tree.
