Our custom shipping container home is 3000 sqft. It's full of light & it has a large, custom kitchen. It has a unique atmosphere, comfort & privacy. it has 25 ft ceilings in the great room! the location really is central, there's so many things to do! we are near many shops, restaurants & parks, downtown and the mountains! we're a quick drive to the airport!

the movie room is the only room that is carpeted It's great for movies and family time! We do NOT have a TV. We do have a screen projector, you can watch dvd's Netflix, Hulu, etc.
***we do have an attached apartment connected to our home! it is occupied full time! for this reason, we have strict quiet hours (10p-8a) any guest of ours must respect our tenant!
we do not allow parties or marijuana use on the property We do not allow extra guests at the house. You may not host friends or family without consulting us first.
***there will be a fee if cigarette butts are found on the property we are a no smoking house!
this is our home, so there will be remnants of us during your stay - if that bothers you, please do not inquire about booking Because we live here with our children, things are often changing (and upgrading) - pictures may NOT be up to date. Please inquire with questions.

Summary: VRBO photos are outdated. Owners live in the home full time with children & dogs. Home has a unit above the garage the owners moved to during our stay. We were not aware until check in. We had very little privacy during our stay. The tenant on site also has a door with direct access to the main house in the upstairs hallway. The home was very much lived in with no areas for us to unpack suitcases, hang clothes or put away toiletries. We lived out of our suitcases on the floor for the week. The Kitchen was disappointing. We scheduled grocery deliveries for our week stay. There wasn’t pantry, refrigerator/freezer space for our groceries. The kitchen did not have a coffee pot, we resorted to boiling water and buying instant coffee. We were aware that there wasn’t a microwave, so we planned on using the Wolf oven and range. Oven is as if it had never been cleaned. Cabinets and drawers were dirty and unorganized inside, with dog hair & debris in the utensils. No provided cleaning supplies, not even a sponge for the sink or garbage bags for the kitchen garbage cans. I spent more time at the store buying things needed for the property than enjoying our vacation. The laundry room didn’t have cleaning supplies, and the washer was full of black mildew. Several times we considered packing up and heading to a nearby hotel. We decided to just stick it out and try to make the best of it. I have never left a negative review on a property or product, but this situation was unsettling.
