We are located near the quiet, small town of Moose Pass, Alaska and 20 minutes north of the coastal town of Seward. Built on 4 acres of forest and landscaped grounds, Teddy's Inn the Woods is a private, fully-contained apartment that sleeps up to 2 . The suite is a 700 sq. ft. apartment located on the second story of the guest house. It has one bedroom with a queen, and a living room. There is a full-bath and full-kitchen with everything you would need to prepare meals. In addition, there are two decks for your outside pleasure and a half basketball court. Please note that we do not allow pets and smoking outside only.

Summary: This was a lovely colorful place to stay. I loved all the tiny little flowers that you did and all the vases and just adding little personal touches and putting flowers out and things like that and none of it went unnoticed I’m an OCD detail person so it’s nice that she put all that effort into it. The cookies were superb Teddy left us. She was so kind, sweet and informative. I loved her attention to detail in the rental. It is quaint and perfect. The view out on the back porch was wonderful. So many trees and you could see the mountain top. There is a lovely lake across the street. It's right off seward hwy which was most convenient but I couldn't hear any traffic as it was further back from the road. Her little special touches were everywhere and although I am used to moder deco the colors and painted items , rugs, furnishings etc were colorful and very cheerful. It was a nice change. Couldn't ask for a better host and her communication skills were fast and efficient. Everything you need to commute back and forth to where you want to go. So many things to do and see that aren't far at all. Check out the seward harbor. I recorded some awesome jelly fish in the clear beautiful water. Coopers Landing (Russian waterfall) was awesome to see the salmon jumping upstream. The exit glacier view was so worthwhile as well. Serioulsy everywhere you look and go was amazing. The Fisher Roadhouse had great food as did the highlands down in seward. My favorite. Over $100 a pop for dinner but Couldn't beat the seafood resteraunt in Seward. No pets allowed here which was a nice break from all my yorkies :-) Thanks Teddy ! Christin of Blue Diamond Yorkies
