per seaside ordinance #179 & 55-3, the primary guest must be at least 25 years old and staying on-site during the rental period We kindly ask that the names, ages, and addresses of all guests be shared prior to check-in. For groups including guests under 21, the Borough of Seaside Park requires signed consent forms from a parent or guardian.
to maintain a quiet and respectful environment, outside visitors are not permitted Groups made up entirely of guests under 21, or those exceeding the number of registered guests, may be unable to check in.
subleasing & third-party bookings
for safety and consistency, reservations must be made by someone staying at the property Subleasing or transferring a booking to another party is not permitted.

- there is a small spiral staircase in the corner of the home, it is completely sealed off and is inaccessible by either condo Please do keep an eye out for any curious kids wanting to explore that corner.
- please note that the first-floor condo is interconnected with another unit by a steel security door—each side has its own deadbolt, and you will have private access to one side only
- for your safety, we have security cameras covering the exterior of the patio, including the entrances and patio There is also one camera in the entrance area of the building.
as per seaside ordinance #179 & 55-3 Minimum age for rentals must be 25 years or older and must be residing in the rental during the rental period. Reserving Guest will agree to provide names, addresses and ages of all guests staying in property. Reserving Guest and Guests under 21 must agree to have a Guardian Consent and a Parent execute a Parent Consent Form issued by the Borough of Seaside Park. No Exceptions. Reservations can not have outside guests or visiting friends. Any group rental seeking to check in in which all guests are under 21 years of age or bring attempt additional guests will be denied access and forfeit any monies paid.
