we are located in glendale, right in the westgate entertainment area enjoy live music, movies, football, and dining all in 1 place, just across the street from our building!

ideally located close to different attractions, we are just a quick drive or uber/lyft ride anywhere!

please know that all cozysuites properties are smoke-free environments Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500.

noise policy: guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.
long-term stays (30 days+): long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check
note that all guests are required to submit a $200 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35 non-refundable damage waiver
