enjoy an old fashion lakeside experience in our lodge home, colonial pines The Lodge suite has two bedrooms that can accommodate up to four adult guests. The rooms are separated by a private attached bathroom with claw foot tub shower, and a private attached screened porch with hammock chairs overlooking beautiful Lake Winnipesaukee. One bedroom has a queen size bed, the second bedroom has a full size bed and window seats which look out over Center Harbor Bay. We have additional guests rooms available for larger groups. there are no kitchen privileges but for our guests we have a small refrigerator, microwave and electric kettle for boiling water, located on the porch We have tea with fixings available.
we do not provide food or meals Lodge suite is best suited for two to three night visits. We generally do not get weekly reservations as there are no cooking facilities. For longer stays or if you're coming with children please consider one of our five cottages which are also listed on HomeAway and VRBO.

we are within walking distance to the quaint town of center harbor There are wonderful little shops in town including Keepsake Quilting, Yikes Gallery, a bookstore, a grocery store, ice cream stands, bagel shop, restaurants for every budget and a gazebo for band concerts on Friday evenings during the summer months.
hiking, antiquing, golfing, outlet shopping are just a few of the many activities within easy driving distance
close to the white mountains and gunstock ski area where you can enjoy many outdoor activities There are lots of hiking trails for all abilities within a short drive.

close to all area attractions - cruise lake winni on the ms mount washington (it departs from center harbor on monday's), take in a concert at meadowbrook, hike in the white mtns, tour castle in the clouds, shop at the outlet stores in north conway, go zip lining in lincoln, ride the cog railroad up mount washington just to name a few of the many things to see and do in our beautiful area!

due to our cleaning schedule early check in and late check out is not permitted
quiet time is from 10:30 pm until 8:00 am
the lodge has beautiful wood floors, doors and woodwork PLEASE DO NOT HANG ANYTHING WET OR DAMP IN THE BEDROOMS. Please use the clothesline located beside the Lodge for wet bathing suits and beach towels. Bath towels can be hung on the towel bars in the bathroom or on the folding rack provided.
please do not use the bath towels at the waterfront
if your shoes are wet or dirty please remove to protect the wood floors Shoes may be left on the porch.
please no food or drinks in the bedrooms (water excepted)
guests will arrive to a clean space; however we do not offer housekeeping services during your visit Wastebaskets will be emptied daily.
please let us know if you need clean towels at any time during your stay
