The dining area easily seats six and the bar overlooking the kitchen has two stools. A large deck extends the living area to the outdoors during the summer with a dining table, chairs, lounge, and propane barbecue. Carport units are the only units in Chinquapin with covered parking, perfect in winter snows and the only units where you may park a boat trailer during your summer stay.
