Large expanses of lawns lead to the swimming pool 80 meters from the house and surrounded by olive groves and rose bushes. From the house and pool, the lawns continue out on to incredible vistas of the Val di Chiana on the east, Mount Cetona on the west and Lago Trasimeno to the north.
