βγαλμένη από εικόνες παιδικών παραμυθιών, στην ανοιχτή σοφίτα υπάρχουν δύο χώροι Ο πρώτος (40τ.μ) με 1 διπλό κρεβάτι, 4 μονά και 2 μπάνια τα οποία βρίσκονται μέσα στην χώρο και στον δεύτερο ανοικτό χώρο της έχει 2 μονά κρεβάτια και μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει( προαιρετικά με έξτρα χρεωση ) 2 ακόμη επισκέπτες και οδηγεί στο μικρό μπαλκονάκι της με θέα τη φύση, την πόλη έως το νησί της Εύβοιας.
