**the retreat property**
once you step on to the front porch, you will love the comfortable furniture and the views from the porch :) these views continue from the windows inside Entering through the front door, you will see the living room which has plenty of comfortable seating for your group. The large sofa can fold out with comfortable bedding for the fifth and sixth guests. A sofa bedding kit is available to guests inside the secondary bedroom closet. There is a 42" Roku TV available for Guests to stream their own subscribed channels, and there is a DVD player for movie nights after long days of hiking, shopping and exploring Lookout Mountain.
next to the living room area, there is a dining room/area with a dining table with seating for six guests, and there are two extra chairs beside the large window
through the dining area, there is a door leading to the kitchen and second living area You will find the kitchen well-equipped with dishes, utensils, pans, dishwasher, microwave, drip coffee maker, electric water kettle, blender, toaster, and cooking spices. There are ice trays in the freezer for making ice.

There is a desk in this bedroom, a small closet and side table lamps with USB charging stations. A second door in this bedroom leads into the kitchen and second living area.
the secondary bedroom is at the other end of the hallway and has a queen size bed and memory foam mattress with comfortable bedding, there are side tables with usb charging stations, and there is a small closet There are antimicrobial encasements on all bed mattresses and sleeping pillows.
