the property is laid out as follows: downstairs has an entrance porch and hallway with wc that leads to a comfy lounge with a sofa and armchairs, and tv, and dining table for 4 Sliding doors from the lounge provide access to a well maintained patio garden with dining table for 4 and pleasant views up the hill from the front. Also downstairs is fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances including a washing machine and dishwasher, oven and hob and a fridge freezer too.
upstairs, the main bedroom includes a king-sized bed, dressing table and plenty of clothes storage Bedroom 2 is fully furnished too with a comfy double bed. Upstairs also has a modern family shower room and a desk on the landing to offer a dedicated space to study.
