the space:
in 2018, this 8-unit building underwent a complete renovation where it was stripped down to its bones and redesigned with modern finishes and decor Each townhome was fully refinished with new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a fully stocked kitchen. Two bright and airy bedrooms and one full bathroom are located upstairs, and one half bathroom is located off the kitchen downstairs.
a small patio off the back of the townhome gives guests a nice outdoor space to grill, lounge and enjoy the spacious backyard

this unit is located on the right of the apartment building Guests have access to a private patio area with a grill, outdoor table and chairs. Parking is available directly in front of the unit. There is plenty of green space to walk your leashed dog in the front of the building and in the backyard.

downtown mobile has many different attractions that may interest families and tourists, including the uss alabama battleship docked in mobile bay, and fort conde, an 18th century fort built by the french during the colonial period (Both are available to tour.) While you’re exploring downtown, be sure to take a stroll down Dauphin Street to see the old historic buildings of Mobile, many of which are now restaurants featuring the finest Gulf Coast cuisine.
