Positive: bfk. was great, location great.
Negative: The builder should have made thicker floors for over head floor noise. not bad and not a lot of noise but I could hear walking or jumping ect. upstairs.
Summary: I really enjoyed my stay at TownePlace, and the price was good for the value!
