this lovely cabin has an idyllic location on 5 acres of beautiful woodland with 1000 ft of frontage on the toccoa river! you only have to walk down to the river with a fishing rod to cast for trout! the location is secluded, but not isolated, and is an outstanding place to unwind! peaceful relaxation is easy with the solitude, a campfire, and the sound of the toccoa river in the background! in addition to the superb fishing, the cabin is a wonderful location for enjoying the fall colors of north georgia!
it is an excellent base camp for bicycling & hiking there are innumerable road & gravel bicycle routes in the area, all of which are easily accessible from the cabin! there are many outstanding local hiking options and a 20-minute drive gives you access to the appalachian trail at 3 different locations: woody's gap, gooch gap or coopers gap! truly an outstanding, unique, and relaxing north georgia property!
