the bright, comfortably furnished 3-room apartment (approx 60sqm) is located in a green, quiet location in a very well-kept, small residential complex.
the way to the beach is only a 2 minute walk
the always lively center of timmendorf with a large number of bars, cafes and restaurants can be reached in 10 to 15 minutes on foot by a wonderful walk along the promenade with a view of the sea
of course, you will also find various shops there, both clothing stores and grocery stores
the picturesque harbor of niendorf can also be reached in the other direction in about 10 minutes along the promenade
