big back yard with a swimming pool and awesome cabana that has a full bathroom and kitchen Lots of space for everyone to hang out and relax by the pool.
big 5+ acre city park with 2 play grounds and 1 1/2 mile walking trail only 1 minute walk (view from kitchen windows), multiple grocery stores near by (walmart,kroger,heb)
you’re close by everything that houston has to offer, city center is only 1 1/2 miles away and downtown is 13 miles You are within 5 minutes of some fabulous restaurants, movie theater and Great, Great shopping at Memorial City Mall.
