there is a blue garbage can out front of the house that is for your use should you have additional garbage The garbage is picked up on Wednesday morning so we will be by Tuesday evening or early Wednesday morning to roll it out to the street.
check-in is after 3pm We do not allow late check-outs.
during the summer, if you are staying over on a monday, there will be mowers stopping by to mow the front and back yard
we allow up to 2 well-behaved dogs (with a fee) Please add your dog(s) to the reservation. Additional dogs may be considered for an additional fee. Please inquire prior to booking.
you must agree to use the pooper scooper provided to pick up after your pet(s) You must also agree to use the provided dog blankets and covers on the furniture if your pets are accustomed to getting on the furniture. We have designated dog towels for their use if needed. These can be found in the labeled cabinet in the kitchen.
please note that since we do allow dogs at this house, our cleaners do their best to thoroughly clean after each guest however there may be places that dog hair hides so if you would prefer, we have other places that we don't allow dogs
for all our safety, there is a security camera on the front of the house facing the street, one at the front door in the doorbell and one facing the backyard Audio and video recording is triggered by movement.
