Positive: location was very good. Cafes, shops and a church right by our apartment. I liked the fact that the host was friendly and very reactive. The wifi wasn't working very well and she immediately got back to us to fix it. It still didn't work smoothly so she continued to come by the apartment and sort it out. And that was on a saturday evening. The shower was nice and powerful. Aircon was strong and that was important as it was extremely hot when we were in Milan. Kristina also left us a bottle of water and gave us tips on transport, food and shopping. Getting in and out of the apartment was great as it used a code and not keys so all 3 of us could go about separately. And the doorman at the gate was a bonus.
Negative: The wifi was a bit spotty. I didn't like the furniture in the living room as it was more like 2 bean bag chairs and I found it very hard to get up after sitting on it. But it wasn't such a big deal for me as I spent most of my time sitting at the dining area. Apart from that, the rest was good. Bath towels were a bit rough and scratchy though. There were a few stairs to go up and down before getting to the lift but we managed with our suitcases.
Summary: A nice apartment which met our needs and very comfortable.
