the light filled open plan kitchen and living area offer an inviting family space to relax in the summer with the doors flung open to the suntrap back yard enjoying the sounds of the ocean, or snuggled up on the comfy couch by the wood fire with a book in winter
there is a main family bathroom with shower over bath and toilet, and a separate toilet just outside the back door in the outdoor laundry room with washer, dryer and additional fridge
the north facing back yard has a plumbed in bbq and outdoor furniture, to enjoy those warm summer nights with family and friends, there is also a cubby house for the kids and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach To top it off there is rear gate access to the Ganes Reserve playground.
