These four barn conversions (refs UK35753, UK35754, UK35755 and UK35755) are set on a delightful working farm in a wonderful position overlooking the River Torridge, the Iron Bridge, and further down river towards Bideford. The barn conversions offer comfortable accommodation for various size parties and are suitable for a holiday at any time of year. The farm nestles at the end of a long private driveway and offers total peace and seclusion in the Devon countryside. There are 200 acres of farmland with The Granary (ref UK35755), The Threshing Barn (ref UK35754) and The Cartlinhay (ref UK35756) having their own private courtyards with garden furniture and barbecues, whilst The Barn (ref UK35753) has a small outdoor space to use. All guests have shared access to a lovely green where dogs can be walked and children can play. There are some lovely woodland walks around the farm itself and the nearby popular Tarka Trail is also close to the farm.

Beaches such as Westward Ho! and Instow are local favourites and are less than 4 miles away, and the South West Coastal Path is a must for keen walkers and runners, as is the popular Tarka Trail which stretches for approximately 180 miles and can be accessed via the east side of the river.
