Summary: Really appreciated the good follow through when the elevator went down on Saturday. The representative got a repair man to the building in a timely manner and communicated with us what was happening during the day. The bathroom had excellent positions of bars for safety in getting in and out. Would recommend relooking at the bed and mattress padding as needs to be updated. The entry lock would often not work after several tries as could be frustrating. Thank you for our stay.
