Summary: Property was beautiful, but care was much needed. AC didn’t work, faucet scalded you every time, and the knob in the shower was broken. The most obvious issue was that the staff clearly did not care about their work. Every time the room was cleaned something wasn’t replaced, took 15-20 minutes for get a round of drinks even though the bar had more staff than guests, breakfast was always understaffed and the service reflected it, had to ask the front desk for things multiple times.
