Summary: All staff were helpful, particularly Greg. I don't recall ever staying anywhere that was so quiet - bliss for sleep-deprived travellers. My only criticism is that I would have liked some information in the apartment about things like where the nearest grocery store was (but I found it fairly easily), etc.
