Negative: Cobwebs in all rooms, mold in bathrooms, smell of damp & damp duvet/ pillows in the ground floor bedroom - not bed linen & very moody en-suite! Loose wires on inside lights, jacuzzi bath - rim around bath and the mechanics placed under bath with bare wires. Upstairs bedroom - carpet mites as carpet has been eaten away I. Certain areas Windows to this room opened upwards - definitely not FENSA installed and fit to regulations! Overall, disappointed. Definitely will return to ulcerating, just not this property. Unsure of photos to add (I’ve got a lot) of both the location or property problems!
Summary: Great location, but definitely needs some work doing to it to bring it up to standard.
