The open-concept kitchen, with its sleek two-tone cabinets and a huge dining table that seats up to 12, is perfect for cooking up a feast or hosting a fun dinner party.

note: lake access is 1 minute walk down the road Approx 60 stairs down to the Lake. The lakebed can be sandy or stoney depending on what the lake gives you that day. But it sure is fun to try to find the ever changing sandbars. Generally you will find sand 3ft out. It's fun to go stone collecting - Lake Huron is a geologists paradise! Just bring some water shoes. The nice thing is, it's not weedy or slimy at all.

Primary renter must be over 25 photo id is required. Only those occupants listed on the Rental Agreement, are allowed to occupy the property. A separate security deposit of $500 is required Parties and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited. Max occupancy at all times is 8, violation will result in removal without refund. this property is equipped with a monitoring device (including noise, temp & wifi connections & may have camera outside at the entrance)
