Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: The location of this Hilton is super convenient. I was traveling without a car and it was easy to get from the train station to the hotel. It's a short walk from the hotel to restaurants and bars in town, Rooms are very large and very clean. Shower water pressure is impressively strong, best shower ever! Staff are friendly, and I especially want to thank Sam who worked the bar on Friday night.
Negative: Facilities are aging. The elevator is slow and disturbingly loud. Many outlets did not work and there are limited USB ports in the room. Breakfast facilities are very basic. Front doors are difficult to open and would be very hard for those with limited mobility. Views are basically of the road, which in such a scenic town is a little sad.
Summary: Friendly staff, huge rooms in a beautiful little city.
