we do provide your first gallon of water and some cold water bottles in the fridge for you but make sure to bring enough to drink and cook with as the city water is not consumable

our living room features a 75” smart tv with access with netflix, hulu, disney+, prime video, espn+ and other tv apps UFC or Boxing events can be ordered, we just asked that you cover that cost.
