**parking - while there is parking in the area i am not responsible for this service I do not offer parking. However, I would park past Washington Ave going south, which is the opposite direction of South street. i always find parking in under 5 minutes following these directions! :)**
**please read: this home is set up as a brownstone, there are no shared spaces The Hallway is the only area that both units have access to. I will repeat. there are no shared spaced (both units have a bathroom and a kitchen area: microwave/refrigerator), the hallway to the lower exit is the only area that both units have access to (i receive this question a lot and i want to make this very clear :) )**
