neighborhood is a nice mix of people and what i think of as a hidden gem in this pocket north of central austin As the city continues to grow and more commercial space, bars, restaurants, office space open up nearby, it makes for plenty of options nearby! Tons of ethnic food so close by-not "fancy" and expensive but Authentic, easy to pick up too if you just want to chill inside as well.

i prefer lyft (app like uber) and avoid ih-35 when possible and use burnet rd and mopac when possible
