The Pines is a home full of character and completely equipped with many amenities, all within walking distance to historic Queen Street, the Niagara River and Lake Ontario.

the inviting main floor offers an open concept space with large principal rooms This great layout offers friends and family the opportunity to easily gather and move between the Kitchen, Dining Room and Living Room.
the spacious dining room has a large pine harvest table that seats 8-10 people The warm morning sunlight pours in from the double French doors and transom lights above the leaded glass front windows. The unique tin ceiling, recovered from a bank in the 1920’s, make the home feel truly unique.
the charming farmhouse kitchen features solid cherry wood cabinets, a double antique porcelain sink, heartland stove, dishwasher, microwave and is fully equipped with kitchen essentials

The French door off of this room leads to the fourth bedroom and main floor washroom.
