Summary: Looked lovely on the website. However when we arrived, there was a strong smell and the property did not feel or look like it had been properly cleaned before our arrival. There was broken furniture, holes in walls, chunks of wood missing from a bedroom door, loose doorknobs and broken closet shelves. We rented this place to have bedrooms for ALL of the guests in our party. Unfortunately, 2 of the bedrooms on back half of penthouse had A/C units that were not working properly when we arrived. This displaced those guests to couches to sleep because their rooms were too uncomfortable. The kitchen was not stocked with even the basic appliances, such as a toaster for the bagels we brought to have for breakfast. But the worst thing about this property was the mouse/rat we saw scurry down the hallway the night of our arrival!! This also led us to notice all the hidden traps all over the house. I’m sorry but this is unacceptable!! The checkout instructions stated to gather trash using the trash bags under the sink. Well, there were none!!! So we had to gather our trash in unsealed brown paper bags we saved from food orders Saturday night. Also, I was never informed of an available parking pass, but was asked to return it at check out??? Again communication was not the best. This location was good for the event we were attending. It has a very nice rooftop, but it was extremely disappointing and not worth the money we spent.
