Our amazing property is a perfect place to spend with family and friends! The property is wonderful for everything from a memorable family vacation to a serene couples retreat. You can't beat the location of this estate! It is conveniently located in Oak Bluffs, just minutes to all the Island's amenities - beaches, shops, restaurants, airport, and ferries. Also minutes away from the town centers of Oak Bluffs, Vineyard Haven, and Egdartown! A short bike ride or drive will land you at some of the island’s best parks, beaches, fishing, entertainment, shops, ferries, restaurants, historical landmarks, art galleries and much more. the island alpaca farm is steps away from the property!
the home features a gourmet kitchen that opens to a gorgeous family room with a stone fireplace The finished basement is where you will find an amazing bunk room that will make any child or adult jump for joy! Each of the four bunks include a luxurious queen size mattress, lighting, storage closet, and outlets. A beautiful center staircase separates the bottom two bunks and leads you up to the top two. Just off the foyer you will enjoy a beautiful office with gorgeous bookshelves, comfortable furnishings, and a desk for those of you who need to get a little work done. A large walk-in pantry is just off the kitchen and mudroom.

our housekeepers come prior to check in, and after check-out A cleaning fee in the amount of $1,000 will be added to all rentals. Also, each approved guest over the maximum number of guests (16 max) will incur a $100 per night (per person) fee. For an additional fee the housekeepers can come more frequently. Cost depends on your needs.
