office registration: all renters and guests must personally register with a reservation specialist upon arrival
photo id requirement: renters and guests must provide a valid photo id at the time of registration, and the name on the id must match the name on the registration form
late submission fee: if a guest arrives without submitting the necessary paperwork at least 24 hours in advance, the owner will incur a service fee of $2500, which will then be charged to the guest.
