Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: It is spacious, with a good layout, and well-equipped with electrical appliances & kitchen utensils. As it is located at the ground floor, it is very convenient for people like us with huge luggages. Although the living room and kitchen are facing the road, the bedroom is facing the small carpark of the compound, which is quiet. Bedroom is comfortable with decent furnitures, and lastly a big sofa bed in the living room!
Negative: Tried to send email to the host to ask further questions before arrival date but no reply. I had to wait for almost half an hour for check in (some minor technical issue), but host was polite & apologetic when we met, so it was still a comfortable encounter. As the main door in the living room & kitchen was facing the street, random people might accidentally knock on the wrong door (we experienced it one night).
Summary: Overall experience was still a decent one.
