our comfortable 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment on the 3d floor offers the charm of a traditional old san juan building with the amenities of a modern renovation The bedroom includes a king sized bed. The bedroom is air conditioned, and with the door open, will cool the entire apartment. The apartment is fully renovated with a clean and modern look and includes a full kitchen stocked with all cooking and dining utensils. We provide bath amenities, all linens and towels, iron, ironing board and hairdryer. This apartment includes high speed WIFI, streaming TV and a washer/dryer. The building is steps away from pharmacies, a full service supermarket, plazas, restaurants, bars and El Morro, a UNESCO World Heritage site. The building and the apartments are a piece of the architectural history of Old San Juan. Note, there is no free parking in Old San, but there are garages.
