the lodge is a 4 bedroom, 2 5 bath home with a large living room with vaulted ceilings, large dining room and kitchen as well as a fully finished basement, and fully fenced back yard with covered patio and Spa. this large home boasts some incredible amenities

this home is located in a very quiet northwest wichita neighborhood The homes are well-maintained and the neighbors are very kind.
there is a cute little park just one block west
it's just a mile from new market square, and close to many of the best shopping, dining and entertainment spaces that the west side has to offer
getting around:
the house is located near 13th and 119th street It has fairly easy access to Kellogg Ave (US 54/ 400), and K-96 as well as I-235.
other things to note:
this is a quiet neighborhood and we do not allow parties If there is any sign of a party (I.e. lots of people coming and going (especially late at night), excessive noise, complaints from the neighbors, lots of alcohol being brought in, signs of drug or and/or drug paraphernalia), you will be escorted out of the property immediately without refund.
this property is non smoking (this includes e-cigs, vaping, tobacco and cannabis)
this is a drug free home
things to note about the hot tub:
-we love to offer the hot tub as a wonderful and luxurious amenity, but minors are not allowed in the hot tub without being accompanied by an adult
- please no food or drink in the hot tub as the requires extensive cleaning
- we ask that anyone using the hot tub showers and removes any major lotions/ oils/ etc prior to getting in the hot tub.
- we ask that guests do not use the hot tub after 10pm so as not to disturb the neighbors
- a max of 6 people can be in the hot tub at any given time
