Positive: I loved the location, the size of rooms, the wonderful staff from concierge to Executive Lounge staff led by Zoe. Nothing was too much trouble

Negative: It's a tiny bit dated and food service in lobby was a bit slow - though delicious!

Summary: Magnificent hotel in perfect location with some of the best staff I've ever encountered in a hotel.
