this is a non-smoking, non-vaping, and scent-free property Smoking and vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited anywhere on our property - INSIDE OR OUTSIDE. Smoking and vaping are only allowed on public sidewalks. In addition to no smoking or vaping, this is a Scent-Free environment. The Jewel of the Cove does not allow candles, incense, air fresheners, scented plug-ins, smoking, vaping, etc. anywhere in the house or on the property - indoors or outdoors - including on the covered porch, on the patio, near the grill, anywhere in the backyard, driveway, or near any doors or windows. Smoking and vaping are only allowed on public sidewalks. If there is any evidence of smoking, incense, candles, air fresheners, scented plug-ins, vaping, etc. on the premises, your security and/or damage deposit will be forfeited and you will incur an additional charge (minimum $500) for cleaning, carpet cleaning, and deodorizing. Breaking this rule may result in guest(s) being made to vacate the premises immediately with possible loss of all payments, fees, deposits, and taxes. If we cannot reach the guest that booked the property, an authorized party may show up to require the entire group to vacate the premises immediately..
