there's very large gravel driveway with plenty of parking for trucks+boats/trailers/rv's etc

the front porch overlooks little bay de noc on lake michigan, with a fantastic sunrise view
several lake water access points are nearby, to launch kayaks, boats or snowmobiles
four bicycles (with locks) and two kayaks are included for use for touring/enjoying the local area!
this home has been freshly updated/renovated, it has a full shower/bath attached to master suite, with second half-bath on opposite side of home
use of fenced-in backyard, with doggy door and fire-pit are included propane grill with gas included!
