• access: the front door is equipped with a smart lock/ electronic keypad A unique door code will be sent to you a couple of days before check-in, no need to meet anyone for keys.

• security camera: we have security cameras recording at all times to secure our parking lots and the entrances to our units for the protection of guests and the property
• weather: no refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are outside our control Please purchase travel insurance for coverage.
• critters: we have a regular pest control company that maintains the grounds As we are located in a rural area, please note that bugs may be present on the property. Remember to keep your doors locked, throw trash in the containers, and don't leave any food outdoors.
