Positive: It’s open to the water.
Negative: It was dirty. A lot of trash everywhere. Ac vents are disgusting which lead us to the air filter and that was disgusting as well. We came last year and it was not like that. We showed up late and cleaning lady was still there. With maggots everywhere out side. From previous people.
Summary: It was better last year we came.
