indoor: one king bed and three queen beds along with a queen pull out couch are found on the property, sleeping 8-10 Smart TV with access to Netflix, Disney plus, and more with your own log in. Board games are available along with a dining table to seat 8 (extra chairs in bedroom) is available. A master bedroom with a en-suite bathroom and ceiling fans are also featured at this property. Free wifi and shared access with the owners to washer and dryer. Linens and towels along with complementary toiletries, central air conditioning, iron and iron board, and hair dryer available.
parking: 3 vehicles will fit on circle driveway (Carport reserved for casita tenants).

renters live in casita in back of house, which is a completely separate building Respecting their privacy and keeping noise levels down when outside is appreciated. the tenants will share access to the laundry room with guests, but the entire house and pool area is guests area to enjoy!
