downstairs is bedroom 1, featuring a tv and wir, plus an ensuite (with shower & toilet), bedroom 2 (also with bir) and an ensuite (with shower & toilet) and bedroom 3, which is next to the third bathroom (with shower & bath) and a separate toilet off the fully equipped laundry(with washing machine & clothes dryer) The downstairs Living room has a TV (with Apple TV) and a small kitchenette with a second microwave oven.
upstairs are the magnificent ocean views from the large modern open plan kitchen (with bi-fold servery windows to the deck), dining and living room, with polished floorboards, and a tv (with apple tv) and fireplace Step out of the bi-fold doors onto the large upstairs Deck.
outdoor areas
the huge upstairs deck wraps around the house on 3 sides affording breathtaking water and rural views Perfect for a BBQ at any time of the day. The fully enclosed yard also has an outdoor shower, and there is parking for up to 3 vehicles (cars and/or a boat).
kitchen
the fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, aldi pod coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc plus a double sink, pantry, large fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and gas cook top.
heating/cooling systems
the upstairs living and downstairs bedroom 1, each have wall mounted reverse cycle split systems, plus there is a fireplace in the upstairs living area There is also one pedestal fan and one oil heater in each of the other 2 bedrooms.
