come stay in our clean, welcoming home in downtown waco! this brand new home (2022) with cold a/c is a 6 minute drive to magnolia market silos and 8 minute drive to baylor Cameron Park Zoo is only 2 minutes away! Our 3 bed (plus pack-n-play), 2 bath has plenty of space and amenities to feel at home. This is the perfect place for a family to stay or a group of friends to getaway and explore all that Waco has to offer! We look forward to providing a relaxing and comfortable stay for you and your guests.
almost everything in the house is brand new, including the mattresses and linens You can enjoy staying in historic downtown Waco among 100yr old homes, in the coziness of 21st century comfort and eco friendly efficiency. Upon arriving you will see some beautiful authentic farmhouse relics in the front flowerbed from our Grandmother's farm- about 1hr up the road. The house has a private fenced in backyard in a nice quiet neighborhood for you to enjoy. We have a fully stocked kitchen for anything you would like to cook. You will notice in the bedrooms some custom headboards we made ourselves from an old shipping crate. In the closet you will find some hand stitched quilts made from our Grandmother and Aunts. if you look closely you can see the charming imperfections!
