1) this property is on "deep-water irrigation" which means that the front and back grassy area of the yard will be flooded with approx 2-3 inches of water once per month. The water, which penetrates the ground within 48 hours, helps to keep our many fruit trees alive. While we hope this wouldn't be disruptive to your stay, it is necessary to allow irrigation to take place.
2) posted rates are for up to 15 guests and doesn't include the guesthouse if you have more than 15 guests, the guesthouse can be added for $220 for the entire stay,
3) this property is for lodging only for the maximum number of allowable guest Gatherings or parties of any type (including day-use for local friends and family) are NOT ALLOWED. Also, NO LOUD NOISE.
4) we are sorry to say that we do not allow animals of any kind at this property Owner has SEVERE ALLERGIES to pet dander and pet hair. Therefore, there is a "No Pet" policy in place for this property. The Law protects property owners as well as future guests, who have extreme medical issues regarding animal allergies, from having to endure an “unreasonable accommodation” for allowing a service animal. Just as some people require a service/assistance animal for medical or mental purposes, people with debilitating medical reactions to animal dander or hair, are protected by the Law.
5)the hot tub use is free of charge, so please feel free to soak and enjoy!
however, we do ask of you to follow the instructions on hot tub use and care that we provide in welcome packet Please treat our hot tub with respect and try to leave it in good condition, so that the next guest may enjoy it, too.
if the failure to follow our instructions results in a hot tub, which is not in usable condition, as for example due to:
- low water level
- greenish or otherwise “unusual” water color
- or similar issues
we will charge a $200 fee in order to cover the additional service expenses needed to restore the hot tub to its functional condition
